Finding & Order that the Franklin Exchange is deleted from this petition for EAS; that the stipulation filed on October 29, 1993, is approved in its entirety; that United and CBT implement two-way, measured-rate EAS between the Lebanon and Cincinnati exchanges within 12 months from the date of this Finding & Order; that United and CBT establish an in-service date within 4 months of the date of this Finding & Order, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission no later than 60 days prior to the in-service date. |
