Entry ordering that the issues to be considered at the hearing in this matter shall be limited to the issues set forth in Findings (20) and (22) of this entry, that with Finding (23) a prehearing conference is scheduled for July 7, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, that his matter be scheduled for public hearing as set forth in Finding (24), that the parties file testimony in accordance with the schedule set forth in Finding (23). |
