Finding and Order ordering that CBW is granted conditional designation as an ETC for the limited purpose of Lifeline service for an interim one-year period of time consistent with Finding (15); that CBW comply with the provisions of this finding and order, including the submission of quarterly reports; that CBW develop a Compliance Plan in accordance with Finding (19); that CBW file its fictitious name certificate upon receipt from the Ohio Secretary of State's office; that intervention be granted in accordance with Finding (13); that nothing contained in this finding and order shall be deemed
binding upon the Commission in any subsequent investigation or proceeding involving the justness or reasonableness of any rate, charge, rule, or regulation. |
