(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bennington, Hartford, Libert and Monroe Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED: 1. AGAINST the transportation of mobile homes and modular units. 2. AGAINST the transportation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, Anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. 3. AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. 4. AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; farm supplies and farm machinery; and the transporttion of property in armored vehicles. 5. AGAINST the transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. 6. AGAINST the transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. |
