Supplemental Finding & Order that Sprint's bid proposal in this case is accepted by the Commission, such that Sprint is hereby chosen by the Commission to become the next Ohio TRS vendor for a five-year term commencing on January 1, 1998; that the Memorandum of Understanding and Assignment executed between Sprint and United between which was submitted for Commission approval on October 6, 1997 is hereby approved; that Ameritech and Sprint should file their progress report on transitional issued by October 23, 1997. |
