Finding & Order adopting the amended Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-39-03 and 4901:1-40-01, -02, -06, -08, -09; that the existing Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-39-01, -02, -04, -05, -06, -07, -08 and 4901:1-40-03, -04, -05, -07 be rescinded consistent with JCARR and LSC requirements; that the new versions of Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-39-01, -02, -04, -05, -06, '07, -08, and 4901:1-40-03, -04, -05, -07 be adopted; that the new and amended rules be filed with JCARR, the Secretary of State, and LSC, in accordance with Divisions (D) and (E) of R.C. 111.15; the the final rules be effective on the earliest date permitted. |
