Entry ordering that the attached proposed Rules 4901:2-19-01, 4901:2-19-11, 4901:2-19-14 and 4901:2-19-16, O.A.C. be adopted; that copies of the rules be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State; that the five-year review date for Rules 4901:2-19-01, 4901:2-19-11, 4901:2-19-14 and 4901:2-19-16, O.A.C. shall coincide with the five-year review date of the rules contained in Chapter 4901:2-19, O.A.C. which is May 31, 2006. |
