Entry ordering that Mr. Lonnie Watson, in his capacity as operator of Ava Gas Company,shall suspend on November 1, 1999, all provision of natural gas service to anyone served from the Buckey-Rayner well other than the owner of the land where the Buckey-Rayner well exists; as indicated in the Commission's September 21, 1999, entry, Ava Gas Company must deactivate its pipelines that serve these customers in compliance with 49 CFR Part 192, Section 192.727; the pipe- line must be abandoned in place and disconnected from all sources and supplies of gas, purged of gas, and sealed at the ends.
