Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission orders dated March 2 and December 21, 2000, are hereby modified to facilitate the applicants to issue through February 14, 2002, the remaining New Bonds of up to $114.5 million for Ohio Edison and up to $23 million for Toledo Edison; that, in all other respects, Commission orders dated March 2 and December 21, 2000 shall remain in full force and effect. |
