Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission order dated April 1, 2003, is hereby modified to increase the aggregate amount of the New Debt in order for the applicant to issue up to $250 million of New Debt, inclusive of the $200 million of the remaining unused authority pursuant to the prior order; that in all other respects, the Commission's order dated April 1, 2003 shall remain in full force and effect. |
