Entry ordering that the joint applicants' request for interlocutory review of the aspect of the examiner's November 10, 1998 oral ruling is held in abeyance, for the reasons set forth in Finding 7; that the joint applicants shall file a summary for each currently designated "copy prohibited" document on or before December 4, 1998; that the intervenors may address why any of the currently designated "copy prohibited" documents do not warrant such treatment by filing such statements by December 8, 1998; that SBC's motion to compel full and complete responses by MCI to SBC's first set of interrogatories is denied; that MCI should serve supplemental answers to the join applicants' first set of inter- rogatories as soon as the information is available.
