Entry ordering that, effective no later than 10/31/94, those gas, natural gas, or electric light companies under PUCO jurisdiction restore service pursuant to the terms set out herein, of those whose gas or electric utility service has been disconnected for non-payment; that the requirement set forth in Rule 4901:1-18-94(B)(5), O.A.C. be suspended until July 1, 1995 except for those PIPP customers individually contacted by a provider affiliated with a Department of Development sponsored weatherization program.
