Finding & Order that the stipulation and Water Purchase Agreement filed on September 27, 1994, in this case are approved subject to this entry; that a certificate of public convenience and necessity be issued to Suburban to provide water service to Industrial for distribution to the mem- bers and owners of Industrial located within the Wiley Industrial park in accordance with the Water Purchase Agreement; Suburban shall inform the Commission as to the date that delivery of water commences under the agreement; that the Commission will pregrant to Suburban the abandon- ment of any obligation to continue to provide service to Industrial upon the termination of the Water Purchase Agreement; that this case be closed of record.
