(FOURTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of motor vehicles from and to points in Ohio. RESTRICTED; (1) To the use of tow trucks and roll back trucks allowing the transportation of no more than two (2) Motor vehicles at one time; (2) Against the transportation of manufactured housing units and office trailers, and contents, trailers, house trailerrs, mobile homes, modulars, utility trailers, buildings K.D. or in sections, non-self propelled recreational units and motor homes; (3) Against the transportation of new and used automobiles, trucks and chassis in truckaway service originating at auctions or dealers in the Columbus and Cincinnati Commercial Zones; (4) Against the transportation of all motor vehicles in haulaway service when originating in the Columbus and Cincinnati Commercial Zones; and (5) Against driveaway service. |
