Opinion and Order, ordered that the joint stipulation filed on February 4, 2005, be approved in accordance with this opinion and order, that the application of Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio, Inc. for authority to increase its rates and charges for service is granted to the extend provided in this order; ordered that the customer notice and revised bill format are approved and the company is authorized to file in final form four complete, printed copies of tariffs consistent with this order, and to cancel and withdraw its superseded tariffs, that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be a date not earlier than both the date of the order and the date upon which four complete, printed copies of final tariffs fare filed with the Commission. |
