Entry ordering that the attached amended Rules 4901:2-3-02 and 4901:2-3-07 O.A.C. be adopted and filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review for the review required by Section 119.032, Revised Code, the Legislative Service Commission and the Secretary of State pursuant to Section 111.15, Revised Code; that Rules 4901:2-3-01, 4901:2-3-03 through 4901:2-3-06, 4901:2-3-08, and 4901:2-3-09, and its Appendix A, O.A.C., be rescinded by filing with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review; that the next five-year rule review date for the rules contained in Chapter 4901:2-3, O.A.C., be November 30, 2005. |
