Opinion and order ordering that, in accordance with this order, staff submit the overlay plan to NANPA for approval; that upon approval all NXX code holders presently serving "419" NPA should pursue the overlay plan as directed in this order; that all companies in the "419" NPA implement ten and eleven-digit local call dialing within the time frames in this order; that staff docket evidence of final NANPA approval of Plan 5; that all code holders work with the Commission's education staff and submit their education plans according to this order; that databases and directories are updated; that all local telephone companies work with the 9-1-1 systems in the "419" NPA to assist with any transition resulting from the implementation of the overlay plan. |
