Letter stating that Ohio American convened a meeting by telephone on June 29, 2007 and agreed to provide the attendees with information concerning hypothetical financing to illustrate the difference in cost and other factors between the more conventional financing that Ohio American has used in the past versus successful applications for the state loans, because there is no immediate financing project it is impossible in the abstract to determine precisely the most efficacious and least costly method of financing, therefore, at the time of its next financing, Ohio American will perform the analysis of using the state loan programs versus other methods of financing and provide the results to the Staff and OCC. Ohio American believes that having completed this meeting and the analysis has fully satisfied its commitment set forth in paragraph 20 of the stipulation filed by S. Bloomfield. |
