With respect to recommend Condition 30 of the joint stipulation, this is to advise that applicant has elected to cross the portion of the preferred route in the vicinity of Stream Crossings 15 A, 15B, and 15C utilizing horizontal directional drilling (HDD). Easements are not available from those property owners along the existing electrical easement right-of-way, which would be necessary to relocate the center-line of the gas pipeline to the overhead electrical line right-of-way filed on behalf of Columbia Gas of Ohio by C. Schraff. |
