RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST the trans- portation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries exist May 20, 1991, except as otherwise authorized. (2) AGAINST the transportation of oil and gas well supplies and equipment; cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents; household goods, as defined by the Commission; and manu- factured housing units. |
