Entry ordering that NS' request to modify the warning devices at the grade crossing at Miles Street and 131st Street be approved as set forth in Finding (5), that all times during the project NS insure crossing protection either by warning lights or by flagging will be in place, that NS notify the Commission's railroad division upon completion of the project, at which time the Commission's railroad division staff will make its final inspection. |
