(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Florence, St. Joseph, Northwest, Bridgewater Townships, and Superior Township, except the municipality of Montpelier and its commrrcial zone as defined on June 12, 1987, and Center Township, except the municipality of Bryan as defined on June 12, 1987, Williams County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: (1) Household goods, offuce furniture and fixtures. (2) Petroleum and petroleum produts, in bulk, in tank vehicles. (3) Property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers. (4) Commodities in dump trucks and unloaded by dumping.. (5) Commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration. (6) Oil field and gas field equipment and supplies. RESTRICTED AGAINST service from and to points and places on, or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 6, State Routes 2, 34, 49 and 107, State Route 576 between Williams Center and the intersection of State Route 576 and U.S. Route 20, County Road 14 between the Bridgewater/Madison Township line and the intersection of County Roads 14 and 74, County Road 74 between the intersection County Roads 14 and 74 and the intersection of County Road 74 and 30, and County Road 30 between the intersection of County Roads 74 and 30 and the intersection of County Road 30 and State Route 49. |
