Finding and order approving the proposed Experimental Power Curtailment Programs; that applicants file in final form the new tariffs; the effective date of new tariffs shall not be earlier than the date of this order or the date the final tariff are filed at the Commission; applicants shall provide to the Staff the proposed customer notice; that applicants provide a report in January and July that includes the participating customer name, dates, times, and duration of curtailment and the amount of credits and charges that were made to each of the customers |
