(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in St. Albans, McKean, Harrison, and Granville Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTIONS: (1) AGAINST the transportation of commodities in bulk; mobile homes and modular units; scrap metals, except in closed van equipment; farm supplies and farm machinery; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; property in armored vehicles; feed, fertilizer, grain and seed; and cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. (2) AGAINST serving the Newark Commercial Zone as existing December 9, 1988. (3) AGAINST service from and to points and places located on or bordering immediately upon State Routes 16, 161, and 37, and County Highway 539. |
