Opinion & Order that State Alarm's complaint for inadequate service is granted, in part, and denied in part; that Ameri- tech's requests to require State Alarm to establish an es- crown account as to the multiplex accounts and the non- multiplex accounts with Ameritech is denied; that State Alarm is directed to bring its accounts current or enter into payment arrangements within sixty days of this order or Ameritech may pursue available remedies to collect out- standing balances including, but not limited to, the dis- connection of service; that Ameritech conduct or cause to be conducted a complete and comprehensive analysis of the cir- cuits serving State Alarm; that Ameritech shall file a written report witin sixty days from this order, specifi- cally setting forth the results of the investigation; that State Alarm shall file within thirty days of receipt of the Ameritech report a written statement indicating whether it is satisfied with the remedial action taken and the results thereof.
