Entry ordering that applicant shall have until 2/19/92 to present proof of publication for Auglaize, Butler, Columbiaia, Hocking, Knox, Lorain, Madison, Mahoning, Marion, Noble, Preble, Seneca, Summit, Union, and Wood counties; that applicant shall cause publication of legal notice in Athens, Gallia, Lake, and Meigs counties and present proof of publication to the Commission by 3/5/92; that applicant cause publication of legal notice in Ashland, Richland, and Warren counties by 2/19/92 ; unless the Commission receives a written statement objecting to the grant of these applications for good cause shown by 3/5/92, these cases will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the application.
