Entry ordering that the staff file with the Commission, by 1/7/94, a summary of its report which will not include confidential information; interested persons who have not yet filed to intervene as of the date the staff's summary report is issued should file a motion to intervene as soon as possible; Cincinnati Bell will have until Friday, 1/14/94 to file a motion for a protective order regarding information contained in the staff's supporting document and workpapers that the company believes is confidential; if no motion is filed by the company by 1/14/94, the staff shall file its final report using the allegedly confidential information; if the company files a motion to maintain the confidentiality of any portion of the staff's document, a record conference will be held 1/18/94 at 9:00 a.m. at the Commission offices; any party desiring to file an inter- locutory appeal to an attorney examiner's ruling made at this conference will be required to file its appeal by 3:00 p.m. on 1/21/94; replies to any interlocutory appeals shall be filed by noon on 1/26/94.
