Entry approving the stipulation and recommendation; that W&LE submit, within 90 days of this entry, project site plans and costs estimates;; that W&LE complete construction and installation of the project by 6/1/01; that the Village of Glenwillow, Cuyahoga County, and any other governmental entities having jurisdiction over the roadway at the project crossing be advised of the Commission funding available for supplemental improvements as set forth in Finding (4). |
