(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Clark County, Ohio (except Springfield, Ohio, and the Springfield Commercial Zone as defined on January 1, 1988). RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Commodities in bulk; commodities in bulk; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; property requiring transportation (a) in low, heavy-duty trailers and (b) heavy hauling. (2) Transportation ofpackages, parcels or articles of seventy-five (75) pounds or less; (3) Transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities, and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles; (4) Service from and to (except where otherwise authorized) South Charleston and points within a three (3) mile radius there- of and Mad River Township and Madison Township, Clark County; (5) Service (except where otherwise authorized) from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon State Route 4; State Route 235 between its intersection with State Route 41 and the Clark/Montgomery County Line, including New Carlisle; State Route 41 between its inter- section with State Route 235 and Springfield, including North Hampton and Lawrenceville; U.S. Route 40 between its intersection with State Route 235 and the Clark/Madison County Line, including Donnelsville and South Vienna; West Enon Road, including Enon, between Enon and the Greene/Clark County Line; State Route 54; State Route 41 between its junction with State Route 54 and the Madison/Clark County Line; and points on U.S. Route 68. |
