Entry ordering those gas, natural gas, or electric companies to restore service to those whose gas or electric service has been disconnected pursuant to the terms set forth in this entry. The Requirement set forth in Rule 4901:1-18- 94(B)(5), OAC be suspended until July 1, 1992 except for those PIP customers contacted by a provider affiliated with a utility or a Department of Development sponsored weater- ization program. That each gas & electric company under our jurisdiction provide the information as set forth in this entry to the Department of Development.(Phase I) |
