Entry ordering that, with the exception of the confidential- ity and USOA wiaver requests, the application in this case, including the applicant's proposed tariff, should be consi- dered approved under the applicable 60-day automatic appro- val process; thus, the effective date of the application is October 17, 1998; the applicant's confidentiality and USOA waiver requests should not be considered as automatically approved; rather, an entry will be issued in the near future in which the Commission will fully address and rule upon the merits of those requests in this case.
