Opinion & Order that the Commission will make no deter- mination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Hubbard and Sharon exchanges and the Hubbard and Warren exchanges, pending receipt of additional cost and revenue information; that the request for two-way, nonoptional flat-rate EAS between the Hubbard and Niles exchanges is denied and that portion of this proceeding is dismissed and closed of record; that Ohio Bell and United shall provide to the Commission by 1/7/94 the requested cost and revenue information regarding EAS between the Hubbard and Sharon exchanges and the Hubbard and Warren exchanges; that the spokesperson for the complainants provide a statement to the Commission no later than 1/24/94 indicating whether the complainants desire a further hearing on the invest- ments, costs, and revenue impact associated with the implementation of EAS between the Hubbard and Sharon ex- changes and the Hubbard and Warren exchanges. |
