Finding and Order ordering that Ameritech's February 7, 1995 information response be deemed timely filed, and that in accordance with finding (15) the joint application seeking permission to establish two-way , measured-rate EAS between Milan and Sandusky exchanges is approved, the approved service be instituted as soon as practicable and in any event within eight month of the date of this finding and order and that the petitioners inform the commission of the in-service date within 90 days of this finding and order.
