Opinion and Order, ordering that George Yovich pay the assessed amount for the violation of Section 392.7(a),49 C.F.R., within 15 days of this O&O, that if payment is not received within 15 days of the date of this O&O, the attorney general of Ohio shall bring a civil action in the court of common pleas of Franklin County, or take any other appropriate action allowed by law, to recover the $100.00 forfeiture assessed herein, that case be closed of record. |
