(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of liquid chemicals in bulk, from and to Marion County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of petroleum and petroleum products, except fertilizers and ingredients. (2) Trans- portation of shipper's property, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1) The transportation of LPG. 2) The transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles, except urea and fertilizers. 3) Except where otherwise authorized, the transportation of bulk commodities from and Ashtabula, OH and its Commercial Zone, and Butler and Hamilton Counties, OH. 4) The transportation of petroleum and petroleum products, except fertilizers and ingredients, in tank vehicles. 5) Except where otherwise authorized, the transportation of property from and to Rising Sun, Bloomdale and Pemerville, OH. 6) Except where otherwise authorized, the transportation of fertilizer from and to points in Wood, Seneca, Marion and Hancock (except Union, Madison, Eagle and Van Buren Townships) Counties, OH; provided, that this restriction shall not be applicable to those portions of Fostoria, OH located in Seneca and Hancock Counties. 7) Except where otherwise authorized, the trans- portation of bulk commodities from and to Dayton, Canton and Toledo, OH. |
