Entry ordering that the motion of LRE to be dismissed as a party to this proceeding is granted; that CG&E's March 8, 2001 motion to amend its complaint is granted; that CG&E's request to establish a discovery and hearing schedule in order to determine which entities are the proper respondent(s) is denied; that LRE's April 4, 2001, motion for a protective order is granted; that LRE's motions to strike are denied; that CG&E's June 18, 2001, motion to compel discovery responses is denied; that the Docketing Division serve a copy of the amended complaint (attached to CG&E's March 8, 2001 motion) upon TEC I, TEC II NGO Development Corp.
