In the matter of the complaint against Time Warner Cable Information Services (Ohio), LLC (TWCIS) and MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC (MCI) vs Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code sections 4905-24, 4905.26 and Ohio Administrative Code 4901:1-6-09 for an order prohibiting TWCIS from operating as a telephone company in the state of Ohio without first obtaining a valid certificate of public convenience from the Commission and entering into agreements with CBT and prohibiting MCI from submitting orders and to cease any unlawful activity. |
