(FIFTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, from and to Fallsburg, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell and Bowling Green Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED TO the use of flat bed and low boy trailers. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Serving the Newark Commercial Zone and the Zanesville Commercial Zone, as existing on November 4, 1988; (2) The transportation of mobile homes and modular units; (3) The transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; livestock, farm products, farm supplies and farm machinery; scrap metal; and, (4) The transportation of packages, parcels or articles not exceeding seventy (70) pounds in weight. |
