Finding and order ordering that Duke;s application filed on December 9, 2010, to create a deferral for the previous under-collection and proposed tariffs filed on March 1, 2011 be approved, subject to Finding (8); that Duke is authorized to file, in final form, four completed copies of the tariffs, consistent with this finding and order; that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be April 1, 2011, and be in effect until the deferral balance is recovered. |
