Entry ordering that the companies are authorized to file in final form four complete, printed copies of tariffs consistent with the findings of this entry, and to cancel and withdraw its superseded tariffs; that the companies shall immediately commence notification to their customers of the increase in rates autorized herein by insert or attachment to their billings, by special mailing, or by a combination of these methods.
