(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of motorized vehicles between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED: 1. To the use of equipment allowing the transportatio of no more than two (2) motorized vehicles at one time. 2. Against the use of flatbed equipment (except straight trucks and self loading equipment) and lowboy carry-all trailers (except self loading trailers). 3. Against the transportation of motor vehicles (except disabled motor vehicles) originating at auctions or dealers in Cincinnait, Columbus, Marysville, and Toledo, Ohio and their respective Commercial Zones as they existed on May 20, 1992. 4. Against the transportatio of manufactured housing units, trailers, house trailers, mobile homes, modulars, utility trailers, buildigns, K.D. or in sections, non-self propelled recreational units and motor homes. 5. On shipments originating at Cleveland, Ohio and its Commercial Zone as it existed on April 20, 1994, restricted to the transportatio of no more than two passenger vehicles at one time, or no more than a single tractor-trailer unit at one time. 6. On shipments originating at Cleveland, Ohio and its Commercial Zone as it existed on April 20, 1994, restricted against the transportation of earth moving equipment. |
