Entry ordering that the Commission staff be authorized to enter into an Interagency Reimbursement Agreement with the Ohio Rail Development Commission and the Ohio Department of Public Safety; that pursuant to that agreement, the expen- diture of up to $30,000 to be made available from the Ohio grade crossing protection fund for the videos discussed herein be approved; that the Commission staff take any and all actions necessary to ensure timely and full implementa- tion of the proposed agreement.
