Finding & Order approving the applications; that applicants are authorized to establish Youngstown Thermal, LLC and Youngstown Thermal Cooling, LLC as public utility hearing and cooling companies; that the applications in Case Nos. 95-369-CC-AEC, 95-370-CC-AEC, and 95-371-CC-AEC are approved with the substitution of YTCLLC for YTC; that Youngstown Thermal, LLC and Youngstown Thermal Cooling, LLC be added to the roll of public utilities and Nos. 89-6012-HT-TRF and 89-6017-CC-TRF, respectively, be designated as their TRF docket numbers. |
