Entry ordering that the motion for default judgment against Rodney Byars dba Welcome House Antiques be granted; that respondent pay the forfeiture amount of $600.00 in the manner set forth of this entry; that in the event respondent fails to make payment of the entire forfeiture amount within the time set forth in this entry, the Attorney General bring a civil action in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County to recover the forfeiture assessed against respondent.
