07/21/1994 Entry ordering that Conrail proceed with the installation of light signals and roadway gates at the Pipe Street and Remington Road highway/railroad grade crossings; that pursuant to the terms of the stipulation, the installation be completed by 4/20/95.

06/16/1994 Entry adopting the stipulation and recommedation; that the Commission pay the public share of the project costs; that Conrail submit for Commission approval site plans and cost estimates; that all interested local governmental entities having jurisdiction of the roadway at the crossings apply for Commission funding of up to $3,000 for supplemental improvements at these crossings during the pendency of the construction projects.
