Entry ordering that permission is granted to all certifi- cated carriers and their authorized publication agents to file an increase to be identified as a fuel related price adjustment if the average diesel price meets the criteria of paragraph 7; that this permission is hereby granted to all certificated carriers or agents to file the referenced fuel increase to become effective upon not less that one day's notice; that such filings must be made between 10/1/93 and 12/31/93. |
