Entry ordering that the Commission authorizes its participation in the Single State Registration System as set forth in Section 4005 of Title IV, Public Law 120-240; that the Commission adopts and agrees to abide by the guidelines and procedures adopted by the partici- pating states; that the staff of the Commissions' Trans- portation Department take all actions necessary to implement on a timely basis the program procedures adopted herein; and closing this case of record. |
