09/04/1997 Opinion & Order that, in accordance with these findings, ODOT's April 4, 1997 request is granted on a limited basis, such that, for a two year period commencing the date of the journalization of this entry, Cincinnati Bell shall make the 2-1-2 service code available to ODOT for use in providing, on a noncommercial basis by means of its ARTIMIS project, travel and traffic management information services throughout those portions of the greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Metropolitan Area which are located within Ohio; that this case be dismissed and closed of record.
