In the matter of the recission of O.A.C. Rule 4901:2-19-04 to allow household goods carriers to provide discounts from their tariffs; amendment of O.A.C. Rule 4901:2-19-06, to clarify the rates of reimbursement to shippers for lost or damaged goods; amendment of Rule 4901:2-19-08, to specify information that must be provided to a shipper when an estimate is made or a shipment is weighed, to require a supplement to an estimate under certain conditions, and to specify a time period for retention of estimates; amendment of O.A.C. Rule 4901:9-19-09, to specify a time period for retention of bills of lading; amendment of Rule O.A.C. 4901:2-19-15, to indicate a time period for shippers to make a claim against carriers for lost or damaged goods, and to reduce the time allowed for a carrier to reply to such a claim; recission of O.A.C. Rule 4901:2-19-16, to prohibit household goods carriers to enter into agency agreements. |
