RESTRICTED: (1) To an expedited service of not more than eight hours from time of pick-up at point of origin to time of delivery at point of destination, provided that when delivery cannot be effected because the facility of consignee is closed, delivery shall be accomplished no later than 10:00 a.m. on the next business day, and further provided that carrier's shipping documents covering each shipment shall accompany carrier's vehicle, which documents shall reflect the date and time of pick-up and the date and time of delivery and the origin and destination points, and which shall be retained by the carrier for a minimum of twelve months. (2) AGAINST the use of tractor-trailer units or amored vehicles. (3) AGAINST the transportation of more than one shipment on one vehicle at one time. (4) AGAINST the trans- portation of household goods as defined by Rule 4901:2-19-01 (A), Ohio Administrative Code, bulk commodities, cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and banking documents and other documents used in the conduct of operations by banks and other financial institutions. (5) AGAINST the transportation of shipments weighing more than 5,000 pounds. CONDITION: For purposes of the above grant of authority, "shipment" is defined as one lot of freight tendered by one consignor at one origin at one time for delivery to one consignee at one destination on one bill of lading.
